Where do you source your beans from?
We source primarily from the lush, high-altitude farms across Colombia, Brazil, and Indonesia. We work with ethical suppliers to find beans that are dense, flavorful, and harvested with respect for the growers.
Do you offer refunds or guarantees?
We want you to love your morning routine. If you try a blend and it doesn't hit the spot, let us know within 14 days. We operate on a "No Bad Vibes" policy and will work to make it right, whether that's a refund or trying a different roast.
How fast do you ship?
We move fast so you can too. Orders are typically processed within 24 hours. Depending on your location, your beans should arrive within 3-5 business days, ready to grind.
