At Esprelle, we stand behind every bag we roast. That’s why we offer our 14-Day “No Bad Vibes” Guarantee—so you can sip with confidence.
Our Guarantee
If you’re not delighted with your coffee, you may request a replacement, exchange, or refund within 14 days of receiving your order.
Refunds, Replacements & Exchanges
Eligible customers may choose one of the following remedies:
- A different coffee (we’ll help you find a better match)
- A new bag of the same coffee
- A refund to your original payment method
All requests are handled on a case-by-case basis and in accordance with applicable consumer laws.
To start a request, please contact us at support@esprelle.com within 14 days of delivery.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within the 14-day window.
We may ask for:
- A brief description of the issue
- A photo of the product
This helps us make things right as quickly as possible.
Lost Shipments
If your order is lost in transit, we’ll replace it at no additional cost.
Promotional & Free Items
Our “No Bad Vibes” Guarantee applies to purchased coffee products only. Free or promotional items are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
