Esprelle's Most Common FAQs
What makes Esprelle coffee different?
We don't mass-burn our beans or hide behind vague industry buzzwords. Every bag of Esprelle is small-batch roasted to unlock the specific flavor compounds that make each origin unique — not just generic 'coffee taste.' We prioritize clear, true-to-origin tasting notes over bitterness. If a roast doesn't pass our own morning test, it doesn't ship.
How fresh is Esprelle coffee when it arrives at my door?
Esprelle roasts and ships daily. Your bag is roasted to order and typically arrives within 4–6 business days of roasting, ensuring peak freshness at your door.
What is Esprelle's return policy?
If you're not delighted with your coffee, contact support@esprelle.com within 14 days of delivery and choose a replacement bag, a different coffee, or a full refund to your original payment method. Lost shipments are replaced at no additional cost.
How long does Esprelle take to ship?
Esprelle fulfills all orders within 1 business day of placement. Once shipped, delivery takes 3–5 business days, so most customers receive their coffee within 4–6 business days of ordering. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.
Is all Esprelle coffee organic?
We work with many small farmers, and not all have completed the organic certification process (it’s a multi-year process). To give them an opportunity to compete against larger farms, we take the lead on health certifications. All of the beans we roast are certified:
- Mycotoxin free
- Heavy metal free
- Mold and yeast free
Does Esprelle offer free shipping?
Esprelle offers free shipping on orders of $50 or more within the United States. Orders under $50 ship for a flat rate of $2.99. International shipping and shipping to U.S. territories are not currently available.
How many cups does a bag of Esprelle coffee make?
Each 12 oz (340g) bag of Esprelle coffee brews 15–20 cups, depending on your preferred brew strength and method.
What coffees does Esprelle sell?
Esprelle currently offers three coffees: Colombia Single Origin (light-medium roast, tasting notes of cherry, plum, and chocolate), Brazil Single Origin (light-medium roast, tasting notes of honey, milk chocolate, and roasted peanut), and the Evergreen Blend — a decaf made from beans sourced in Sulawesi, Indonesia, with tasting notes of dark chocolate, earthy, and herbal.
How does the Esprelle subscription work?
Esprelle subscribers receive fresh coffee on a recurring schedule of their choice and lock in a reduced rate on every bag. Subscriptions can be paused, skipped, or cancelled at any time with no fees.
Does Esprelle sell decaf coffee?
Yes. The Evergreen Blend is Esprelle's decaf offering — a medium-roast blend sourced from Sulawesi, Indonesia, with tasting notes of dark chocolate, earthy, and herbal. It delivers a smooth, full-flavored cup without the caffeine.
